Quat 2000 Food Surface Sanitiser (Food Safe) 5L
A sanitiser formulated for food service applications such as sanitising bench tops and cutlery.
Sanitising cutlery: Dilute 100ml in 1 litre of potable water (10%, 2000ppm) and allow cutlery to soak for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry. Low risk food service.
Spray 'n' wipe: Dilute 50mls in 1 litre of potable water (5%, 1000ppm). Spray generously and allow 10 minutes contact time, wipe any residue off with a clean, dry paper towel prior to use.
Spray 'n' wipe: Dilute 100mls in 1 litre of potable water (10%, 2000ppm). Spray generously and allow 10 minutes contact time. Rinse surface with water and dry before food preparation takes place.
